Quickstart: Outlook 2000

Before you begin, please make sure you have the following:

• Your Aikorn username/login
• our password

1. Open Outlook 2000. Click on the "Tools" menu and select "Accounts".

2. In the "Internet Accounts" dialogue, select the "Mail" tab.

3. Click "Add", and select "Mail".

4. Enter your full name in the "Display Name" box, then click "Next".

5. In the "Email Address" field, enter your Aikorn email address for the account you're setting up, and click "Next".

6. Select "POP3" for incoming mail server. In the "Incoming Mail Server" and "Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server" box, enter mail.aikorn.com. Click "Next".

7. Next, enter your email username/login in the "Account Name" box, and email password in the "Password" box. Make sure "Log on using Secure Password Authentication" is UNCHECKED, then click "Next".

8. In the next window, select your internet connection method, and click "Next".

9. In the last screen, click "Finish" to save your settings and complete the account setup.
